WHAT: The Four Seasons
The Biltmore celebrates the closing event
to its 2006 Fall Winemaker Dinner Series
featuring local winery Veuve Clicqout.
This event is a perfect ending to a fabulous
series, featuring a Champagne tasting
in time for the holiday season.
The evening will begin with a reception
at 6:30pm in the newly restored Bella
Vista restaurant featuring Veuve Clicquot
“Yellow Label.” Guests will
be seated for dinner at approximately
7:00pm where they will enjoy a four-course
meal prepared by Executive Chef Martin
Frost. Each course will be expertly paired
with hand-selected Veuve Clicquot Vintage
Champagnes, Rosés and the prestige
cuvee 'La Grand Dame.' Dessert will be
paired with Veuve Clicquot “Demi
Sec.”
The Winemaker Dinner provides the perfect
environment in which to have a lively
conversation with a winemaker or VIP host,
and to enjoy some unique wines paired
with innovative cuisine. Winemakers and
representatives from Veuve Clicquot will
present each wine and be available for
comments and questions, providing the
opportunity to discuss the wine you are
enjoying and the winemakers’ individual
philosophy.
